Terms of Sale - All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. a) Contract Upon receipt of your order we will send a confirmation email to you. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement of your order and is not an acceptance of such. b) Pricing We will endeavour to ensure that all information and prices which appear on this website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an incorrect price relating to your order, we will inform you as soon as possible giving you the options to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. c) Returns & exchanges If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of you receiving them. We will refund the value onto your credit or debit card. Please note that all costs associated with the return will be borne by you. d) Faulty item - If any items you received are faulty, simply return them to us giving with a brief explanation of the fault whereupon we will check the return and do our best to replace it if possible, if not we will refund the value of the item onto your credit/debit card.. e) Receipt of incorrect item - If the item you receive is not what was originally ordered, please return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will do our best to replace it with the correct one if possible; alternatively we will refund the value onto your credit/debit card. Liability - If you have informed us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or rectify any goods damaged in transit or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question on return of the goods. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential expenses, loss or damage due to the problem of our goods supply.
