About us
CMG Power acquired Sparks Marine in 2009 and established the Volvo Penta Centre
for Wales at Cardiff Marine Village in central Cardiff. CMG Power has a parts
store selling and despatching Volvo Penta engines, parts and accessories and has
engineers experienced and qualified to carry out a wide range of installation,
servicing and maintenance work across the Penta product range.
Our aims
CMG Power aims to provide a first class service to owners of all Volvo Penta
engines and products. As part of the Volvo Penta network we are able to source
engines and parts quickly and efficiently for all marine leisure, marine
commercial and industrial customers. We believe that customer care is a priority
and will ensure a reliable service from our parts fulfilment team. Our staff
have extensive professional experience and frequently attend specialist training
to keep up to date with the latest technology on offer from Volvo Penta.
Parts store
The parts store at Cardiff Marine Village holds a comprehensive stock of Volvo
Penta parts as well as selling new Volvo Penta engines of all sizes. We have a
competitive price structure and offer a worldwide delivery service. Products can
be purchased by visiting the shop, by telephone or online.
Engineers
CMG Power links closely with Cardiff Marine Services with engineers based in
Cardiff and Swansea, offering a service department with well equipped workshops
and a vast knowledge of technical and practical elements of Volvo Penta engines
and parts. We also offer a mobile service where our engineers visit the
customers boat or premises to carry out any necessary work. Our engineers carry
out a wide range of servicing, repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, warranty,
testing and overhauling work.
